Registration Inclusions
Registration for full conference delegates includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Conference satchel including the program, abstract book and delegate list
- Breakfast sessions on Thursday and Friday
- Morning and afternoon teas on Wednesday (Trainees), Thursday & Friday
- Lunches on Wednesday (Trainees), Thursday and Friday
- Social functions: Welcome Reception, Poster walkaround, BMS Platinum Sponsor Dinner Symposium and the Conference Dinner at the Museum of Contemporary Art
Day registration includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions on the day of registration
- Breakfast session on the day of registration
- Conference satchel including the program, abstract book and delegate list
- Morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the day of registration
Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registrations. No
registration will be confirmed until payment is received. If
funding is being sought through your institution, please
keep a copy of your registration confirmation email so as
you can keep track of payment through the accounts
department.
If payment has not been received prior to the conference,
you will be required to pay the fees by personal credit card
onsite at the meeting.
Payment can be made by personal cheque or bank draft in
Australian dollars only. Cheques should be made payable to
MOGA Annual Scientific Meeting. Alternatively, payment can
be made by Mastercard or Visa.

Cancellation Policy
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the
Secretariat, prior to 30 June 2010, a full refund will be
given (less a $110 processing fee). After this date no
refund will be given, however a substitute delegate would be
accepted.
Cancellation of hotels bookings should also be made through the Conference Secretariat. Please refer to the accommodation section of this website for details.
